Move tower mount into place using the wheel on the base of the mount. Secure tightly!
Switch lens to 25mm Lens with Arm
- Arm is used for focusing camera from a distance, but is not necessary
- Camera can be focused without the arm (and it might actually be easier that way)
Plug the two ⅛ inch male phono jacks into the tower mount female phono plugs
- Match yellow tags for consistency.
Check sample rate (1000 Hz for reading tasks)

Do not unplug the LEMO connectors or the fibre optic cables

Note the taped shade component around lens — it's liable to break off, so be careful The rubber lens shade is slightly ripped (circa 2016), hence the tape. Any further rips or damage should be reported to the Lab Manager and fixed immediately to preserve the quality of data.

Two possible configurations
- Fixed head: Move chin rest into place using the wheel on the base of the mount. Secure tightly! (no remote head tracking)
- Unconstrained head: Attach “target” sticker on forehead (see manual). There is a box of stickers on the counter. (remote head tracking)
Switch lens to 16mm Lens
Plug the two ⅛th inch male phono jacks into the desktop mount female phono plugs (match yellow tag).

Do not unplug the LEMO connectors or the fibre optic cables

Move chin rest into place using the wheel on the base of the mount. Secure tightly!
Rotate the camera base 45-deg, using the divots as guides.
- Note: In binocular configuration, you cannot use head tracking (since you need to track both eyes) so chin rest is necessary for good tracking.
Switch lens to 25mm Lens
Plug the two ⅛th inch male phono jacks into the desktop mount female phono plugs (match yellow tag).
